MHI takes precautions to protect your personal non-public information. When you submit sensitive information to MHI, the information is protected both online and offline.
MHI uses encryption software. When you send information on one of the forms on this site, that information is encrypted. You will know you are on a secure page when the lock icon on your browser appears locked.
While MHI uses encryption software to protect sensitive information online, MHI also protects your information offline. Only employees who need sensitive information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information. Employees must use password-protected screensavers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must reenter their password to regain access to your information. The servers that store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.
