Today we’re celebrating National Fast Food Day and we’re talking healthy alternatives. We all have those days when the drive thru is the most suitable option for breakfast, lunch or dinner. But it doesn’t always mean you have to ruin your healthy diet. We’ve taken a couple fast food menus and picked healthy alternatives from each one so you have a healthy option for those busy days. Healthy AND delicious, we might add!
-8 ct. Grilled Nuggets with Buffalo Dipping Sauce: 190 calories
-Grab a fruit cup or kale salad to fill you up!

-The Fresco menu is the way to go here.
-2 Fresco Soft Tacos with Steak: 280 calories
-Add on a side of black beans and rice for a healthy side option
-Regular hamburger (no cheese): 250 calories
-Add a side of fruit for a healthy option, or a pack of apple slices
-Their salad section has great options.
-Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad: 250 calories
